Wolf and Crow vikings are the Flintshire-based offshoot of the Black Crow Historical society. Headed by the Roberts family and their close friend Steven Moores, they deal in not only re-enactment fighting, but living history and experimental archaeology as well.

Each member of the group forms their own character/persona for events. This allows the exploration and demonstration of skills that people of the time would have had. This also allows them to show the difference between classes and give a snap shot of what life may have been like at the time. Some of the skills the group demonstrate are; tablet weaving, clothing production, coin minting, combat and weapons demonstrations.

Wolf and Crow's main goal is to bring history to life and make it fun, interactive and engaging for all ages. They also include interactive activities at their events such as; minting your own Viking coin, public participation law courts and item handling to name a few.

Wolf and crow have a strong relationship with the Roman Fort known as Park in the Past in Hope near Wrexham. They have participated in multiple events with them as well as hosting Viking themed events of their own there.

Although Wolf and Crow have chosen a different moniker, they are still considered an integral part of The Black Crow Vikings and the Historical Society at large.
